Happy Heidi Vintage Fiesta

Vintage Fiesta Individual Salad Bowls | Circa 1959-1969

Designed in 1939, but not produced for thirty years, the individual salad bowl with its abundance of inside, out and bottom rings is one of the nicest designed bowls in the Fiesta line. The bowl has the distinction of being the last piece designed for the original fiestaware line and the only new piece added since the promotional campaigns of the 1940s. Released in 1950 in the '60s colors, it will only be found in the rereleased original red, the original yellow and turquoise fiesta colors and the new medium green color. All examples are relatively hard to find since production of fiesta was declining and the last decade of manufacturing saw less goods produced than every before. Measures 7 5/8" wide by 2 3/8" tall and will be found either stamped "GENUINE fiesta HLC. USA" or in the mold impressed "fiesta MADE IN USA".
