Circa 1939-1959: Rings on the outside bottom would have been hand-etched into the sliped cast clay on the jiggering machine. The bowls would be fully dipped and will show the three sagar marks from setting on the stilts in the kiln. This example is in excellent condition without chips, damage or repairs and exhibits a very nice even and rich glaze with little to no use. Measures a generous 7 1/2" wide.
