Circa 1938-1946: Spectacular Condition. The large, shallow fruit bowl was originally designed as part of the Kitchen Kraft line. Referred to as the salad nappie by designer and creator Frederick Rhead, it is envisioned as a salad bowl, to be used with the fiesta kitchen kraft fork and spoon. This example in cobalt boasts great shine and virtually no wear, please note only very minor couple of scratches as shown in picture 2. The large fruit bowl will delight the collector with its great size and usuable form in this hard to find color in excellent condition . In the mold mark Fiesta/HLC USA. Measures: 11 5/16" inches wide from rim to rim, 4 1/2" wide at base and 3" tall.
