Circa 1936-1938: Inside Bottom Rings— By the time you reach the #5 Fiesta mixing bowl you've got yourself a large bowl. Only a couple inches smaller than the #7 grandaddy of them all, the #5 nesting bowl commands a presence. There is something about the vintage Fiesta bowl in the way it swells outwards and has thinner walls than expected that makes it larger and able to hold more than other types of bowls of the same size. Combine that with it's tall, spill proof walls and you have a kitchen bowl very tempting to use. This bowl is in excellent condition, showing no signs of use or damage and a spectacular shiny glaze that looks brand new. The inside exhibits crisply defined bottom rings and a well defined mark on the bottom. Please note one single in the making glaze pop on the inside bottom of the bowl which has been reflected in the generous price reduction. This bowl is impressed "fiesta HLC USA 5". Measures 8 9/16" w x 5 11/16" h.
