Circa 1951-Mid 1952: The Fiesta juice pitcher was released throughout the years with various promotional campaigns in a few select colors, most commonly yellow, then red and celadeon green, and the rarest of them all is in the sophisticated gray colored glaze from the 1950s fiesta colors that HLCo also used in the Rhythm line which was sold through Woolworths. With fiesta sales declining, less of the famous tableware was being produced so examples from these last promotional items will be much harder to find than the earlier versions. This example of the elusive gray promotional disk juice pitcher is in excellent condition, without damage or signs of use and a beautiful, smooth and pearly soft finish with the most minor area of lighter glaze on the base of one side. Nicely marked from in the mold on the bottom "fiesta HLC USA". Measures 6" tall, 6 1/2" wide.
