Circa 1959: The 4 3/4" Fiesta fruit bowl was one of the pieces cut from production in 1959, the same time the medium green glaze was being released, making the 4 3/4" fruit bowl in medium green extremely hard to find. It may well be one of the last pieces of tableware added to the most advanced collections. Each bowl was hand jiggered after coming out of the slipcast mold and the concentric rings which were hand jiggered into the bowls will vary because of this. This example in the medium green glaze, boasts a perfectly smooth inside, showing no use, damage or wear and is an amazing example of this elusive piece of collectable Fiesta pottery. Measures 4 13/16" w x 1 19/16" h.
