Circa 1936-1938: Inside Bottom Rings: This is an excellent example of the number 5 Fiesta nesting bowl in original ivory glaze with the inside bottom rings, made for a scant two years. Even though this bowl has some in the making firing flaws on the outside edge of one area on the rim, I couldn't resist it because it is an excellent example that is nice and thin with crisp, well defined rings and no sign of use. Lots of times bowls with flaws sat on shelves and weren't used as much, so this is a delightful ivory bowl that is nice and clean. Please note that glaze spots do not show on the top of the rim, so they are not visible when the bowl is stacked and there is also a perfect side for display. Impressed bottom mark "HLCo fiesta MADE IN U.S.A. 5." Measures 6 11/16" w x 4 9/16h"
