Circa 1936-1939: Early Version with Outside Bottom Rings— The Fiesta ashtray was part of the original line released in 1936. This is an example from that first release that we can date from 1936-1939 because of the outside bottom rings found on the bottom. These rings were etched into the clay by hand and were a time consuming process that was quickly revised. Advanced collectors will appreciate adding these early pieces to their collections. This example is in very good condition, with no damage, not touchups or repairs, no chips and with the nice early, unique set of bottom rings. Measures 6 9/16" w.
