Circa 1941-1951: The rose colored glaze was introduced into the Harlequin line nearly a decade before being used in the fiestaware line. It is considered one of the four new colors of the 1940s and was marketed as "Salmon" by Homer Laughlin. This example of the vintage Fiesta original rose Harlequin 9" nappy is in excellent condition without damage or signs of use. The glaze is a very nice application without distractions (the rose glaze can be especially pesky on the Harlequin dinnerware of this era so it is always a nice treat to find a well applied version of the rose glaze). Measures 8 3/4" w x 2 3/4"h
