Circa 1938-1942: The marmalade is a great example of the more unusual holloware pieces from the Harlequin line. A Hand applied art-deco inspired handle adornS the top of a simple, conical body. One of the first five pieces dropped from production, the vintage Harlequin pottery marmalade is a collector's dream. This example in the original rose glaze does have a nearly invisible hairline coming up from the underside of the spoon hole and has been priced accordingly. Otherwise, the piece looks unused without scratches or signs of use. Measures 4 1/4" to top of lid and 4 1/8" wide.
