Circa 1940-1942: Three piece set— The vintage Fiesta promotional salad bowl in original yellow glaze is a great piece, one of the deepest and most usable bowls of the vintage line, which included a large variety of bowls. Originally sold with a fork and spoon, it is unlike the other bowls offered in the Fiesta line. Deeper and large in size, smooth on the inside and heavily adorned with graduating concentring rings from the jiggering machine on the outside, the promotional salad was only produced for a scant three years. Shown here is the color combination offered in the campaign. This bowl comes with the red spoon and green fork. Bowl measures 9 3/4" wide by 3 1/2" tall and is marked on the bottom "fiesta MADE IN USA HLco".
