Circa 1948: The vintage Fiesta promotional juice set that included a Celedon Green Juice Pitcher and a set of Fiesta tumblers in Shell Pink, Mist Gray, and Cream Beige was released to celebrate both the introduction of the Jubilee dinnerware line and the 75th Anniversary of Homer Laughlin's Pottery Company. The Jubilee colors on the vintage Fiesta shapes forshadowed the upcoming 50s colors and the beginning of new modern shapes that would soon be on the horizon. Original Fiesta designer Frederick Rhead had died a few years before, and after a period of mourning at HLCo, they got going again, under the direction of Don Schreckengost and produced Jubilee, Rhythm and Epicure to name just a few.
