Circa 1936-1969: The 4 3/4" Fiesta fruit bowl was part of the original line and was designed as a berry bowl to hold a smaller portion. Each bowl was hand jiggered after coming out of the slipcast mold. Concentric rings will vary because of this. Later versions, like this sunny yellow example, had their foots dry wiped for shelf loading onto advanced kilns. Please note one small are of glaze irregularity on the rim, shown in the 3rd picture at about 3o'clock (very minor). Wonderful shine and scratch free surface, along with a bold and rich yellow make this a nice example. Measures 4 13/16" w x 1 19/16" h.
