Circa 1936-1938: Bottom Rings. It is the #5 Fiesta
nesting bowl that really starts to take on some size, large than the standard 8" kitchen bowl, the #5 begins to command a presence. This example with the inside bottom rings is spectacular. Concentric rings on inside bottom, top and outside are well defined and the whole bowl looks unused. No damage or use and the original vellum ivory glaze is just perfectly even and creamy. Perfect rim and wonderful application of the early vintage ivory glaze make this a special example indeed. Marked in the mold on the bottom with the early mark "fiesta HLCo USA 5", nicely inscribed and well marked. Measures 8 9/16" w x 5 11/16h"
