Circa 1937-1944: Fiesta Kitchen Kraft Casserole with Medal Holder in original cobalt blue. Covered casseroles have always been a staple item in dinnerware lines, and the fiesta line doesn't disappoint us with it's many variations of the classic item. Unlike the casseroles in the Fiesta, Harlequin and Riviera lines, the Kitchen Kraft version has an inset lid, with the lid fitting within the rim of the bowl and not overhanging the outside edge. The lid is suprisingly hand finished, so the space where the fingers grip the handle can vary in shape. Impressed mark on the bottom, and this example in original cobalt blue boasts a great chrome go-along metal holder. These go-along items are gaining in popularity and make a great addition to the Fiesta collection. Please note this example has some very light use, shoiwng minor scratches on the lid but shows no chips, cracks, touch-ups or repairs.
